Color Schemes

This room has a mixture of two color schemes.  The first is Monochromatic.  This means that one color one hue is being used in the room.  This color is defiantly this white cream color. To avoid monotony, different chroma s are used for example the ottoman isn't white, but it is in the same chroma to keep the room looking more alive.  The other color scheme that is used is Accent. This means that there is a relating and contrasting chromatic shceme that is offset and makes it less predictable.  That is the orange in the picture.  The orange stops the pattern of white and cream and carries a more vibrant look along with the organized look.  This inspires me to try to stick with color schemes in my everyday living.
