I love how they used this space. I feel that everyone underestimates the real space laundry actually takes. This laundry room gives ample room for the tasks that may be presented in it. Also having this big of a space to do something as tedious as laundry makes it more bearable. I also like the idea to have two functions... the wrapping paper. I can just picture this room becoming full of laundry (as a laundry room should) and it still being safe, sanitary and assessable. I want to be sure not to underestimate the true space rooms need in order to have an orderly function.
